(stuff I would wear, call it boredom but I did sit here and think about what the title of this post and future post like this would be called)

I'm not a fan of red but I like the pop of color she used in this outfit

I love everything about this outfit. I love the length of blazer, not too long and not too short. The stone wash look of the jean makes the outfit not too boring either
My friends would say "this is so you Jehlisa" because of the whole "granny" look. And this outfit is me. I love the shorts, even the color!

Guess who I found on stylesightings.com? ALEXA CHUNG! Imagine my surprise when I saw her on there. Anywho, I love her cardigan and the clutch she's carrying.
If I never mentioned it, I'm in love with stripes. I have a serious problem when it comes to stripes. I'm not even allowed to pick anything with stripes on it when I got shopping with my friend or mom. Haha. But I like how she paired it with a skirt or maybe their shorts...not sure. And I now want a bike!
I think of Lauren Conrad when I see this outfit. But once again the blazer just looks super perfect. And I love her dress/jumper.
I'm not much of a vest person but I like the way it looks in this outfit. And one of these days I will try this tights with shorts thing and master it, hopefully

FIDM

While I was searching my future career plans (as I always do when I'm on the computer) I stumble on the FIDM webstie (Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising) and I took this career quiz thing. Well here are my results:

For the first time in what seems to be a century, I was on urbanoutfitters.com and as usual I found a million things that I was in love with. I'm not going to post them all because we'll be here for a very long time, but I will post some things. If I get any of them is the question but I do hope so!
I never liked the floral tights thing but after seeing them on lookbook and on other blogs I've come to like them a lot. Their only $18 at UO and these are my favorite ones on there If you know me on a personal level, then you know that I'm addicted to cardigans. I think I own like 8 or 9 of them at the moment. I especially like over sized ones. This one looks like it can be worn in both warm and cold weather. It's $58 which could be a little much for a cardigan but I would still buy it (if I had my own money!). Did I mention that I love the outfit with the cardigan? Okay so IF you keep up with my blog you would know that I'm dying to find the PERFECT blazer. I did give up after awhile because I couldn't find anywhere that I liked the blazer and had good pricing for it. Well lo & behold UO had two that I was head over heels for and they don't cost that much either!
This is exactly what I've been looking for! The sleeves are at a length where I wouldn't have to scrunch them up (because it's a bitch to have to continuously do it) and its shrunken so it would look right with a skirt/shorts or skinnys and it's only $68 (and it comes in black too)
I think I would have to get both because I also like the over sized blazer too. This also has the sleeves at a good length. This one is a little more at $78. What I'm afraid about is that because of my height (5'5) that I might get lost in this blazer. I would hate for it to be too long.

Five reasons for not posting my own outfits:

1. I have no digital camera so kind of makes it hard to take a picture
2. I recently got my phone taken for doing something so imature and I'm super disappointed in myself for doing it
3. I don't have a webcam on either laptops in my house
4. I could use my mom's phone but I would have to take the pictures of myself in the outfits so you wouldn't be able to see the whole outfit
5. I have no money to buy a digital camera or webcam so all I've been doing is applying for jobs everywhere I can think of

What I do with my time...

So I signed up for polyvore awhile ago but didn't have any interest in using it until the other day, so here's what I've made so far, and yes I would wear ALL of these outfits if I had the money to afford them!

I'm In love with the whole ripped leggings thing and I've tried to let my own stockings rip on their own but the results aren't nice

I'm soooo in love with this outfit. The shirt is House of Holland and I wish I could just reach in the laptop screen and take it!

Notice how all my outfits involve flats! This outfit screamed intern at Teen Vogue to me for some reason (I will intern there no matter what! haha) The tank top is Alexander Wang just to inform you

Don't remember any of the designer's in this outfit, typical me. But I want this outfit badlyyyy.

I did girly cause lately I've been doing shorts and stripes for the summer so this dress just screams girly to me but the blazer kind of brings out some masculinity in the outfit. Oh yeah the heels, doubt I could ever walk in them but their Louboutin so who cares!

I find it hard to believe you don't know the beauty you are, but if you don't, let me be your eyes.

I still can't believe it..

but the world has lost a legend. Michael Jackson died yesterday at the age of 50 and I can not wrap my head around it at all. I didn't cry, but I was in shock and couldn't turn my head away from CNN yesterday. My blessings go out to his family and all his fans. And I will forever jam to "Wanna Be Startin' Something" whenever I'm cleaning. You will be missed Michael and may you Rest In Peace, and you will ALWAYS be the King of Pop

but I love this outfit (note to self: find a synonym for love, fast). It's very "chill". And lately I've been having problems with that. I'll put some shorts on and find a v-neck and then that's when all hell breaks loose. I'll either try and find a cardigan or go crazy in my closet looking for a pair of shoes (speaking of shoes I finally got tan gladiators like a couple of weeks back at Marshalls). And I can never do the whole "throw on any old t shirt with some shorts just to go to Wal Mart" look. Ever since my taste in fashion has changed, it's hard to just find something to relax in other than basketball shorts and a t shirt (sexy right?). I'm still working on my "chill" look but until then, I'll just overdress as usual to go to Taco Bell

Now I have to say when I was seeing the previews for this show with the whole english ladies in the painting (ugh youtube it if you don't know), I thought it was going to be stupid. I didn't have a clue what it would be about our who Alexa Chung was. But now that I've seen it, IM IN LOVE WITH IT! Whenever I watch it, I'm guranteed laugh. And I l-o-v-e everything she's worn so far (she's deff added to my style icon list). Her show really is doing wonders for MTV. I thought I would get annoyed with her english accent (even though I wish I had it) but I don't! I hope the show stays on for awhile because I would love to intern there/meet her. But I'm pretty sure that's not a problem since she already has a huge amount of fans on facebook and twitter (yes, I am one of them!)


(sigh, she's making me regret the decision I made to start growing my hair out!)

and boy oh boy does it feel good! I'm temporarly using my mom's company laptop but who care?! I can blog again!!! Sooo much has happened since my last REAL post (BTW my laptop has viruses and until cleaned up, I'm stuck with a Dell). But anyways, if not today then tomorrow I will be posting on something! But it is great to be back!!!!!

Okay GREAT NEWS: I get my internet back on my laptop on friday! I'm so excited! Soo as promised I will be blogging AS SOON as I get it back up.

So I'm still alive! But the whole posting from my phone wasn't working (obviously) but greattttt news: either this week or next week my internet will be running and soooo much more posting! Yay! Oh yeah, new moon, harry potter and transformers previews on the mtv movie awards were toooooooooooo GREAT! Can't wait!!!!
